Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:

   • 1.1 Reserving a build slot requires a non-refundable booking fee.

   • 1.2 The booking fee serves as a commitment from both Paddox Construction and the customer for the scheduled work.

   • 1.3 Build slots may only be refunded at the discretion of Paddox Construction, and such refunds will be considered for extenuating circumstances.

2. Payment Terms:

   • 2.1 Booking fees must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

   • 2.2 Failure to pay the booking fee within the stipulated 7-day period will result in the slot no longer being reserved.

   • 2.3 Unpaid slots will become available for other customers on a first come, first served basis.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • 3.1 The booking fee is non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, where refunds will be at the sole discretion of Paddox Construction.

   • 3.2 Customers are encouraged to communicate any cancellation requests as soon as possible.

   • 3.3 Refund requests for extenuating circumstances should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Build Slot Allocation:

   • 4.1 Build slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

   • 4.2 Once a slot is reserved, it is considered unavailable for other customers until the booking fee is paid.

   • 4.3 Paddox Construction reserves the right to allocate build slots based on project compatibility and scheduling constraints.

5. Project Changes and Modifications:

   • 5.1 Any changes or modifications to the project after the build slot is reserved may incur additional fees.

   • 5.2 Paddox Construction will communicate any potential impact on the project timeline and costs resulting from customer-requested changes.

6. Force Majeure:

   • 6.1 Paddox Construction shall not be held responsible for any delays, non-performance, or additional costs incurred due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, or any other events classified as force majeure.

   • 6.2 In the event of a force majeure event, Paddox Construction will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on the project, but no liability shall arise for delays or non-performance beyond Paddox Construction's control.

7. Change Orders:

   • 7.1 Changes to the project scope requested by the customer after the build slot reservation may result in additional charges.

   • 7.2 Paddox Construction will communicate the impact of change orders on project timelines and costs, and no work will proceed until approval is received from the customer.

8. Liability:

   • 8.1 Paddox Construction's liability is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

   • 8.2 Paddox Construction is not liable for damages or costs arising from circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution:

   • 9.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

   • 9.2 Both parties agree to participate in good faith in the arbitration process and abide by the final decision of the arbitrator.

10. Scope of Work:

    • 10.1 The scope of work is detailed in the project agreement and may be amended through approved change orders.

    • 10.2 Paddox Construction will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon scope of work.

11. Payment Terms:

    • 11.1 Paddox Construction takes staged payments on completion of clearly identified targets.

    • 11.2 Payments for each subsequent phase are due within 7 days of billing.

    • 11.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in work being placed on hold until funds are made available.

12. Warranties:

    • 12.1 Warranties vary depending on the scope of the project and the level of involvement from Paddox Construction.

    • 12.2 Warranties are only valid when using pre-approved subcontractors who work directly for Paddox Construction.

    • 12.3 Any subcontractor work completed by a non-pre-approved contractor of Paddox Construction will be excluded from any warranty.

    • 12.4 Warranties are valid for the time period stated and are void if any other contractor/subcontractor makes any repairs/changes to the completed works without the pre-approval of Paddox Construction.

13. Acceptance of Terms:

    • 13.1 By reserving a build slot with Paddox Construction, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Paddox Construction. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
